What role will you play?
You will manage events of all sizes, whether in-person, hybrid, or online, using platforms like Cvent and Zoom Webinar. You will shape your own projects and collaborate with senior team members on larger projects. Additionally, you will be responsible for venue research, proposal pitching, contract negotiation, invoice processing, pre-event planning, budget management, transportation coordination, and post-event reporting.
What you offer
- Previous experience in a similar event marketing role (minimum 2 years)
- Highly organized with excellent time management skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage a busy workload, conflicting priorities, and deadlines effectively
- Flexibility to work after hours at events and travel within the US if needed
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a willingness to go beyond the usual job description.
