Join our dynamic team as a Personal safety & Rescue Sales Representative specializing in emergency equipment and tools! In this role, you'll engage in field promotional work to build relationships, secure new business, and support existing accounts. You'll showcase product benefits through demonstrations, guide customers in selecting the right solutions, and provide exceptional service throughout the sales lifecycle. By employing consultative selling and leveraging the 5-4-3-2-1 Sales Methodology, you'll establish yourself as a trusted advisor. You'll also track customer activity through CRM systems, maintain competitive insights, and assist clients with financing options. Essential Qualifications :
- Associate degree in Business, Sales, or related field
- Minimum 5 years’ Sales experience in direct or related industry
- Working knowledge of CRM, CDK (ERP)
- Must be highly motivated, results-oriented and self-starter
- Excellent skills in communication, interpersonal, organizational and attention to detail
- Proficient usage of MS Office Suite and the ability to learn new technologies quickly
- This role is deemed safety-sensitive and will be subject to a drug test as a pre-employment requirement.
