Project Coordinator
The Project Coordinator carries out important project tasks, and coordinates with team members and clients to ensure that every aspect of a project is being addressed and managed efficiently.
Responsibilities:
• Support the project team with all project tasks and deliverables
• Coordinate the logistics of both internal and external meetings
• Attend meetings and keep meeting minutes
• Organize and assemble materials for meetings
• Communicate clearly and assertively, and take constructive criticism
• Anticipate problems and find immediate solutions
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management or a related field
• 1-2 years’ experience in supporting complex construction projects
• Strong attention to detail and protocols
• Excellent written, verbal, communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent command of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is required
• Travel may be required
Salary : $60,000
