Compensation for the position depends on experience, reflecting our commitment to fair and competitive pay. The salary range for this position is $58,000 to $65,000 annually, depending on experience and other qualifications.

What You Will Do

• Manage inventory flow—track, receive, and allocate stock efficiently.
• Ensure accurate records, conduct audits, and resolve discrepancies.
• Coordinate shipments and collaborate with warehouse, sales, and production teams.
• Partner with suppliers and customers to forecast demand and optimize stock levels.
• Assist with shipping, receiving, and administrative support for seamless operations.
• Drive process improvements and implement best practices.
  
  

Expectations

• In this onsite role, timely attendance, commitment to our customers, and a positive outlook are key.
• Weekly work hours from June through March are 7:00am-3:30pm.
• Ability to work overtime, extended hours, and some Saturdays (7:00am-noon) during the spring fertilizer season (April-May).
• Full accountability and ownership of all assigned tasks.
• Develop a solid understanding of products that are produced, shipped and received at microSource.
• Inventory management, with an emphasis on diligent attention to detail.
• Understand and participate in the company’s confidentiality policy.
• No travel is required for this position.
  
  

Qualifications And Skills

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in agriculture or related field preferred, or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• Possess great attention to detail with a strong focus on accuracy coupled with the ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently, recall information, and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically with Excel.
• Previous experience with an ERP such as SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, etc. is a plus.
• Ability to communicate complex situations clearly and multi-task with other team members.
• Minimum of 2 years of demonstrated experience in inventory coordination with strong knowledge of inventory management systems and procedures required.
• Experience in project management and process development desired.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
