Training opportunities are available to help you further your career, enhance your skills, and contribute to your professional growth.   What You Will Do Manage inventory flow—track, receive, and allocate stock efficiently. Ensure accurate records, conduct audits, and resolve discrepancies. Coordinate shipments and collaborate with warehouse, sales, and production teams. Partner with suppliers and customers to forecast demand and optimize stock levels. Assist with shipping, receiving, and administrative support for seamless operations. Drive process improvements and implement best practices.   Expectations In this onsite role, timely attendance, commitment to our customers, and a positive outlook are key. Weekly work hours from June through March are 7:00am-3:30pm. Ability to work overtime, extended hours, and some Saturdays (7:00am-noon) during the spring fertilizer season (April-May). Full accountability and ownership of all assigned tasks. Develop a solid understanding of products that are produced, shipped and received at microSource. Inventory management, with an emphasis on diligent attention to detail. Understand and participate in the company’s confidentiality policy. No travel is required for this position.   Qualifications and Skills: Associate or Bachelor’s degree in agriculture or related field preferred, or equivalent combination of education and work experience. Possess great attention to detail with a strong focus on accuracy coupled with the ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently, recall information, and meet deadlines. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically with Excel.  Previous experience with an ERP such as SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, etc. is a plus. Ability to communicate complex situations clearly and multi-task with other team members. Minimum of 2 years of demonstrated experience in inventory coordination with strong knowledge of inventory management systems and procedures required. Experience in project management and process development desired. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and effective communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
