Your responsibilities will encompass using approved tools and methods, operating skid steers, and bulk-conveying equipment, and handling general maintenance tasks. Qualifications and Special Demands:
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- A minimum of 2 years of industrial operations experience and process equipment knowledge.
- Wear company-supplied required safety gear, including hard hat, safety glasses, and steel toe or sturdy leather boots—stipend provided.
- The ability to maneuver throughout the facility, climb stairs and ladders, and sit or stand for extended periods of time.
- A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office; Teams, Outlook, etc.
- The willingness to perform to high standards with little supervision.
- Typical working hours are Monday-Friday 7 am- 3:30 pm.
- The ability to work extended hours and a few Saturdays during peak production time in April/May.
- Willingness to undergo a drug test and background check.
- Work location: 7632 County Road 101 Shakopee, MN 55379.
- The ability to drive a forklift, and if you can do that, we’ll teach you how to drive a Semi and a Trackmobile for moving rail cars, skid loader, plow truck, etc.
- Attention to detail and caring about our product’s quality.
- Familiarity with pumps, valves, fittings, liquid tanks, railcars, etc.
- Jump in to help coworkers that need an extra hand, without having to be asked
- The ability to identify abnormal equipment conditions i.e., sounds, vibrations, etc.
- Experience working with hazardous and nonhazardous chemicals, and/or Ammonia
