Key Responsibilities
As an IT Support Specialist Intern, you will:
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers through our helpdesk.
- Troubleshoot basic issues remotely and escalate complex problems to Level I, Level II, or Level III specialists.
- Utilize our ticketing system to log, manage, and resolve helpdesk tickets and service requests.
- Ensure all client documentation is up-to-date and well-maintained.
- Split and organize tickets with multiple issues into individual tasks.
- Monitor and maintain the activity of tickets throughout their lifecycle.
- Regularly review scheduled actions in line with company processes.
- Assist in delivering onsite or remote project resources as needed.
- Communicate ticket status updates to clients at every stage.
