Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Generalist/Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources, particularly in high-growth software/technology companies. This role involves a wide range of HR activities, including compensation, benefits, leave, disciplinary matters, disputes and investigations, performance and talent management, productivity, recognition, morale, and training and development. You will work closely with the US Director of People Operations and the CHRO to ensure all HR policies and procedures are followed in accordance with company guidelines and legal requirements.

- Talent Acquisition: Develop and execute recruiting strategies to attract top talent for various roles within the company.
- Job Postings: Create and post job descriptions on various job boards and social media platforms.
- Candidate Screening: Review resumes, conduct initial phone screens, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Interviewing: Conduct interviews and provide feedback to hiring managers.
- Offer Management: Prepare and extend job offers and manage the onboarding process for new hires.
- Employer Branding: Promote Mad Mobile as an employer of choice through various channels and initiatives.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong ability to build relationships and work collaboratively with diverse teams.
- Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.

- Confidentiality: Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. SHRM or PHR certification is a plus.
- Experience: 3 years of experience in HR generalist and recruiting roles.
- Tools: Experience with ADP WorkforceNOW or similar HRIS.
