At Mad Science, we're passionate about delivering excellent Children's STEM programming in the Milwaukee, Northern Illinois and Detroit markets. We realize we wouldn't be a leader in our field without our successful Operations Team. We are currently looking to expand our Operations team and add a Sales and Service specialist.
A "Sales and Service Specialist" is a hybrid role combining elements of sales and customer service, where the primary responsibility is to engage with customers, understand their needs, recommend suitable services, while also providing support they may have throughout the sales process and beyond. A large portion of your day will be spent on the phone engaging with our customers.
We're seeking a quick learner who has strong listening and negotiating skills as well as an ability to showcase our offerings in a compelling way.
