  • Operations Management: Oversee the day-to-day management of the eCommerce brands, including inventory, fulfillment, and customer support processes.
  • Performance Marketing: Collaborate with the performance marketing team to develop and execute data-driven campaigns across paid search, social, email, and other channels.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on key metrics, such as revenue growth, customer acquisition costs, and lifetime value, to inform decisions and optimize performance.
  • Product Development: Identify and recommend new product opportunities based on market research, trends, and customer feedback.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with Madcraft’s creative, performance, and development teams to ensure seamless execution of initiatives.
  • Customer Experience: Ensure a seamless and high-quality shopping experience for customers, from the website to post-purchase interactions.
  • Trendspotting: Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to keep Madcraft’s brands ahead of the curve.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in owning or directly managing successful eCommerce brands, with a focus on consumer goods.
  • Expertise in eCommerce platforms (Shopify, BigCommerce, WooCommerce, or similar) and familiarity with marketplace integrations (e.g., Amazon, eBay).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Experience in performance marketing and understanding of digital advertising channels.
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities effectively.
  • A creative and entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for consumer goods and brand-building.
  • Knowledge of inventory management, logistics, and fulfillment best practices.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a collaborative approach to problem-solving.
