Duties
- Develop and manage project schedules, ensuring timely completion of all phases.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure alignment on project goals.
- Utilize construction management software such as Primavera, HeavyBid, and Prolog for project tracking and reporting.
- Prepare and review schematics and construction estimates to ensure accuracy and feasibility.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, address issues, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Facilitate meetings with stakeholders to provide updates on project status and address any concerns.
- Manage budgets, resources, and timelines effectively while maintaining quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
