Madden Industrial Craftsmen is looking to fill a Lead Production Supervisor with a Manufacturing company located in Phoenix, AZ.
Lead Production Supervisor Responsibilities :
Establish daily, weekly, and monthly objectives, and communicate them effectively to employees.
Manage workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules.
Guide, coach, and monitor employees to ensure productivity and efficiency.
Oversee the safe use of equipment and schedule regular maintenance.
Verify production output to ensure it meets specifications.
Prepare performance and progress reports for senior management.
Identify inefficiencies in production processes and suggest improvements.
Train new employees on the safe use of machinery and company procedures.
Enforce strict adherence to safety guidelines and company standards.
Lead Production Supervisor Requirements :
Experience : 1–2 years of experience as a Shop Supervisor or similar role.
Technical Skills :
Proficiency in using manufacturing machinery and tools.
Practical experience with MS Office; familiarity with Workday and / or ADP is a plus.
Soft Skills :
Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated with efficient problem-solving skills.
Must be able to pass a tape measure test.
Must pass a background check and drug screen.
Education : High School Diploma required; additional qualifications in engineering or related fields are a bonus.
