The Facility Maintenance Tech II position assists in the overall completion of apartment unit turnover, repairs, renovations, work orders, projects and on call emergencies within the property. The position will be directly responsible for carrying out all duties as assigned by Community Manager and Maintenance Mgr.

Complete make ready tasks in a timely fashion
Estimate time and extent of repairs
Perform routine preventive maintenance
Maintain material and supply inventory
Oversee work performed by outside contractors as necessary or other FM Technicians
Grounds maintenance
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Previous experience in apartment maintenance, unit turns, and work orders or other related fields
Familiarity with hand and power tools and equipment
Ability to handle physical workload, multi-task & prioritize
Deadline and detail-oriented
Must pass a background check in accordance to family housing
