Maddens is currently seeking the position of Adventure Cove Supervisor. This position is responsible for overseeing Madden's Children program throughout the season.
- Will work with guests on a regular basis, must be positive and enthusiastic.
- Opening and Continuing training and evaluations.
- Assist Recreation Director in hiring needed staff members.
- Developing and promoting Adventure Cove agenda.
- Staff scheduling within budgets set up by Recreation Director.
- Maintain and ensure a safe and clean working environment.
- Hold Maddens standards of performance from shift to shift.
- Training and holding staff accountable for Maddens Core Values and Adventure Cove Department standards.
- Work with group contacts on childcare and ensure a successful conclusion.
- Develop a system of maintaining contact with children after they leave the resort.
- Revise and develop the following years agenda.
- Any other tasks that the Recreation Director assigns.

Education/Experience:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Recreation or relevant experience.
- Valid Drivers License
Supervisory Responsibilities:
This position will supervise the Adventure Cove employees (5-10).
Work Environment:
Work is performed mainly at our Adventure Cove building but may be outside at pools.
Physical Demands:
Primarily stationery such as sitting or standing for prolonged periods of time. Must have the ability to stand, walk, talk/hear, both in person and by telephone, occasionally required to stoop, kneel, bend, crouch and lift up to 50-pounds and items sometimes repeatedly.
Expected Hours of Work:
Part-Time during May, September and October and 40 hours per week during social season Monday- Saturday.
Travel:
Less than 10% travel required.
