Closing Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Manager to oversee our restaurant. The Manager will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of all aspects of the restaurant, including food safety, kitchen, inventory control, and team management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in restaurant management and possess excellent leadership and organizational skills.

Duties:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the restaurant, and closing procedures
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of cleanliness and sanitation
- Supervise staff members, provide training and guidance, and promote a positive work environment
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner
- Manage cash handling procedures and ensure accuracy in financial transactions
- Utilize POS system to process orders, track sales, and generate reports

Experience:
- Proven experience as a Manager or similar role in the restaurant industry
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and kitchen management practices
- Familiarity with POS systems and inventory control procedures
- Previous experience in catering or banquet operations is a plus
- Excellent team management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire staff members
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
