Key Responsibilities
Social Media Content Creation & Management:
Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to develop content calendars that align with dealership goals and promotions.
Assist in the creation and implementation of email marketing campaigns and digital advertisements.
Help track ROI on social media campaigns and events, providing recommendations for improvement.
Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and new technologies to continuously improve strategies and approaches.
Qualifications
Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and generate fresh, engaging content ideas.
Experience using social media analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Sprout, Facebook Insights) to measure and report on performance.
Proven ability to plan, manage, and execute successful events, both virtual and in-person.

- Monitor social media trends, industry news, and competitor activity to ensure content remains relevant and on-brand.
- Engage with the bilingual community by responding to comments, messages, and customer inquiries in both English and Spanish.

- Create event-specific content for social media and other digital channels to increase event visibility and attendance, ensuring content is bilingual.
- Manage on-site event coordination, ensuring everything runs smoothly and on schedule.
- Post-event follow-up, including customer surveys and social media engagement to measure event success.
