Hours: Monday - Friday, 40 hour work week
Job Description:
The BDC Agent will be instrumental in generating and managing leads, setting appointments, and supporting our sales team. Your role will involve identifying new business opportunities, engaging with potential clients, and facilitating a smooth sales process to ensure both team and customer satisfaction.
Your Role:
Lead Generation: Proactively identify and prospect new leads through phone calls, emails, and text messaging.
Customer Outreach: Conduct outbound calls to potential clients, qualify leads, and schedule appointments for the sales team.
Database Management: Update and maintain accurate lead information in the CRM system.
Follow-Up: Nurture relationships with leads and prospects through consistent follow-up.
Collaboration: Partner with the sales team to provide insights on lead quality and assist with closing deals.
Reporting: Monitor and report on lead generation activities and sales metrics.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience: Previous experience in a sales or BDC role is preferred but not required. A strong interest in sales and business development is essential.
Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with potential clients.
Organization: Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite; experience with DealerSocket is a plus.
Attitude: A proactive, positive attitude with a drive to achieve and exceed targets.
