Contract Duration : 12 months
Location : White Plains, NY (Hybrid with 2-3 days onsite required)
Overview :
Seeking an experienced Enterprise Portfolio Manager to oversee and optimize project and program resources within a dynamic enterprise portfolio. This role encompasses strategic planning, senior executive engagement, and performance reporting. The ideal candidate will drive organizational success by managing the entire lifecycle of project investments and initiatives.
Responsibilities :
- Establish and implement enterprise portfolio structure, processes, and criteria, from demand management to evaluation and prioritization.
- Oversee project documentation and deliverables, ensuring quality and compliance.
- Identify and resolve project dependencies and conflicts.
- Lead reviews of challenged initiatives and provide strategic recommendations.
- Maintain high-quality information in PPM tools and generate insightful reports.
- Track and report portfolio financials and resource utilization.
- Manage communication with stakeholders and provide regular updates.
- Ensure adherence to governance functions and EPMO guidelines.
