Join Our Team as a Portfolio Property Manager!
We are a thriving Real Estate Property Management company seeking a talented and experienced Portfolio Property Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will oversee a diverse portfolio of multi-dwelling buildings, including rentals, co-ops, condos, and mixed-use properties located primarily in Westchester County and the Bronx.
Who We’re Looking For
To be successful in this role, candidates must bring a minimum of 5 years of proven experience managing portfolios of multi-family residential buildings, co-ops and condos.

Exceptional communication, supervisory, administrative, and customer service skills.
Independent decision-maker with strong problem-solving abilities.
Excellent time management, organizational, and multitasking skills.
Proactive, self-motivated, and professional demeanor.
Skilled in collaborating with diverse groups, including residents, contractors, employees, and Board members.
Strong knowledge of building systems, basic construction, NYC building codes, and compliance requirements.
Availability for evening attendance at monthly Board and annual meetings.
Proficient in Property Management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Valid NYS Driver’s License and reliable transportation required.
A current NYS Real Estate Salesperson license (or the ability to obtain one) is a plus.

Important Notes:
This is a full-time, in-person position. It is not a role for on-site managers, superintendents, project managers, or contractors. Only applicants with verifiable experience managing a portfolio of residential co-ops, condos, and mixed-use properties will be considered.
Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday
On-call availability as needed
Education & Experience Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
5 years of experience in Co-op/Condo Portfolio and Property Management (required).
