Expanding Westchester based luxury home service company seeks an Executive Administrative Assistant to assist in our sales/marketing, and finance departments. We are looking for a self-starter, who is organized, outgoing, motivated, and interested in building their career. This candidate will train amongst the best in the business to provide white glove service to upscale clients. This candidate will possess a positive and professional demeanor, enjoy client interaction, and be committed to personal development.
Duties:
- Answer incoming phone calls promptly and professionally.
- Call clients to confirm appointments and schedule as necessary.
- Update the CRM system for each interaction.
- Regularly review and monitor progress against goals and seek assistance as needed.
- Calendar Scheduling
- Prepare correspondences
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the office, including managing staff calendars; maintaining office supplies; processing mail.
- The ideal candidate must be a self-starter, demonstrate excellent follow-up and writing skills, and interact seamlessly and professionally
Qualifications:
- QUICKBOOKS Experience a Big Plus
- College degree preferred
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) applications
- Communicate effectively both verbally and written
- Excellent attention to detail, including strong proofreading skills.
- Good communication skills and presentation

Pay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
