Account Director for SWFS (Sourcing, Warehouse, Fulfillment, & Shipping)
Please note this position requires full time 7:30am-4:00pm on-site in the Dodgeville, WI office/warehouse.

Account/Sourcing Director Job Duties:
- Hit project and gross margin goal
- Respond to all client communications in a timely manner
- Manage warehouse team
- Follow up with clients on projects that have stalled or are on hold
- Liasson between client and internal team
- Create estimates and invoices and provide to client
- Manage timely invoice process including client preferences, sending, follow up, collections
- Check time clocked against jobs
- Manage scope creep
- Manage client expectations
- Manage client budgets and account profitability
- Sales outreach to new clients and previous clients
- Grow existing client accounts
- Assist with contract renewals and proposals
- Proactively anticipate client needs based on previous years projects
- Provide management with monthly pipeline updates and expectations
- Responsible for client satisfaction and retention
- Prepare for and lead client meetings
- Post-project follow-up
- Create monthly readouts
- Facilitate twice daily production meetings
- Attend weekly sales meetings
- Source promotional items, assuring accurate estimates and timelines
- Create client facing PowerPoint presentations for sourced items
- Work with vendors to place premium orders and reorders
- Attend in-person client meetings when necessary
- MAW specific projects
- Leadership, management, accountability
- Establish project plan according to the cadence schedule
- Communicate with client on cadence schedule deadlines and updates
- Ensure cadence deadlines are met
- Open and close jobs on QB, DB, Outlook, Monday.com
- Monitor Outlook inboxes throughout the day
- Monitor and update Monday.com before morning call and throughout the day
- Coordinate delivery schedules, delivery completion confirmation
- Attend client meetings making sure to have relevant materials ready and take detailed notes
