The Luxury Resort Concierge at Madison Beach Hotel is a crucial member of our team who ensures all guests have a memorable and enjoyable stay. This position requires a friendly & welcoming individual with exceptional customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to anticipate and meet guests' needs. You will work closely with Guest Service Agents and Guest Service Manager. You will also interact closely with bell/valet, housekeeping staff, spa staff and food and beverage staff.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests and provide a warm welcome upon arrival
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures
- Provide information and recommendations on local attractions, restaurants, and events
- Arrange transportation and reservations for guests
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally
- Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction
Requirements
- Previous experience in a customer service role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of the local area and attractions
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively
