What Youll Do:
Lead & Inspire Manage all aspects of the property, ensuring top-tier service and resident satisfaction.
Build a Winning Team Hire, onboard, and develop a high-performing team while fostering a culture of excellence.
Maximize Performance Conduct property inspections, oversee apartment readiness, and ensure a stunning community presentation.
Drive Leasing Success Play a key role in leasing efforts (responsible for 1/3 of leasing activities) while mentoring your team on best practices.
Strategize & Budget Develop and manage the property budget, monitor unit pricing, and make data-driven financial decisions.
Engage & Connect Lead resident relations, respond to feedback, and create a welcoming community for all.
Elevate Property Operations Oversee maintenance, coordinate with vendors, and execute capital projects to ensure seamless operations.
What You Bring:
Property Management Expertise 2 years of experience (Class A & Lease-Up experience highly preferred).
Strong Leadership Proven ability to hire, train, and motivate a successful team. Financial Acumen Experience with budgeting, financial reporting, and market pricing analysis.
Tech-Savvy Proficiency in Yardi, Rent Café, CRM software, and Microsoft Office (Excel required).
Marketing & Sales Skills Ability to drive leasing success and enhance community appeal.
Excellent Communication Ability to connect with diverse personalities, address concerns, and provide outstanding customer service.
Organized & Resourceful Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Property Management License Preferred A plus if you have it!

Schedule:
- Full-Time | 8-hour shifts
- Monday Friday with weekends as needed
