Summary of the position: To assist the administration of the corporation business by maintaining a complete and systematic set of accounting records of all financial transactions in accordance with the State Board of Accounts.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Answers telephone, takes messages, and provides information or refers caller to someone else.
- Schedules appointments, and announces appointment arrivals.
- Types of correspondence, reports, memos, School Board materials, etc.
- Files documents and reports
- Coordinate Board meeting packet
- Opens mail daily and distributes
- Complete surveys and state reports as assigned.
- Orders supplies for the office.
- Organizes and distributes the School Board book
- Coordinates Administrative Retreats
- Expulsion Hearing recorder
- Attends School Board meetings and is responsible for transcribing minutes for meetings.

- Performs other duties as assigned.
