Position Overview
· Maintain a positive and helpful attitude while delivering excellent customer service
· Answer questions professionally in person and correspond via telephone, mail or email
· Manage customer insurance coverages and escrow accounts
· Manage title lien and UCC filings
· Provide service on loan products and track various requirements for each
· Assist customers and loan officers with a variety of financial services
Qualifications
· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
· Accuracy and attention to detail
· Proficiency with office software and standard office equipment
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team
· Banking experience preferred, but not required
