We are searching for a skilled Mortgage Loan Administrator to join our team and provide crucial support to our lenders in managing loan origination responsibilities. The ideal candidate possesses a solid understanding of the mortgage industry, exceptional organizational skills, and a keen attention to detail. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth and efficient processing of loan applications, while also providing technical support for our loan origination system. You will work closely with our lending team, ensuring timely and accurate document preparation, tracking loan statuses, and troubleshooting any issues that arise throughout the loan process.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Provide support in the collection and preparation of loan applications with supporting documentation.
- Run credit reports and review all documentation.
- Verify all loan package documentation received is accurate and complete in accordance with company policy and procedures and report any discrepancies to the lender.
- Maintain customer and referral partner contact to ensure follow-up of loan application and answer basic customer inquiries while providing quality customer service.
- Ensures legal/regulatory procedures are followed and compliance practices meet all standards.
- Support workflow automation, compliance, operational efficiencies, pipeline management, help desk and training.
- Create and maintain a report library and build custom reports as necessary.
- Assist with maintaining loan templates, fee templates, forms and custom documents.
- Maintain knowledge of business rules for data entry, workflow progression and regulatory compliance.
Required for this position: Strong analytical and problem resolution skills. Excellent attention to detail, strong understanding of mortgage, and account balancing, ability to identify missing items, advanced organizational skills, ability to work under deadlines, independent thinking, self-motivation, strong oral and written communication skills.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- 2 years recent Mortgage/Real Estate experience
- Accuracy and meticulous attention to detail required
- Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to navigate multiple computer systems and programs with working knowledge of Word and Excel
- Ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously, meet deadlines, and show flexibility to change direction when needed
- Team-oriented and the ability to work collaboratively across all levels of the organization
- Service-oriented, polite, and respectful
- Advanced problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to take direction and instruction and follow through independently until project completion
HOURS:
Regular business hours, Monday through Friday.
