What are the responsibilities and job description for the CRE Loan Workout Consultant position at Madison-Davis, LLC?
- Manage classified accounts and credit files
- Manage relationship with agent banks and other banks in the syndicate
- Monitor the development of the subject properties and others in the area
- Perform initial review of classified accounts
- Determine whether or not the classified accounts need to be restructured under the particular situation
- Devise action plans for classified accounts
- Manage and coordinate actions on Loan Workouts
- Propose renewal or extension for existing classified accounts
- Recommend further downgrading a classified account with sufficient loan loss reserve for the account being provided
- Prepare monthly “Watch List” report for classified accounts
- Develop and implement strategies and plans to recover charge-off loans
- Prepare a monthly progress report on charge-off loans recovery
- Arrange a Loan Workout committee meeting once a month or upon necessary with a minute being prepared afterward
- Coordinate with the Loan Administration Section regarding the LWO related transactions.
