Financial services firm located in Downtown Manhattan looking to bring on board an “Director, Regulatory Change Management” to join their team. The role is currently in office (2 days per week).
Responsibilities:
Lead and promote an inclusive, customer-focused culture within the team to enhance client relationships, leveraging broader banking relationships, systems, and knowledge.
Develop and implement a comprehensive regulatory change management framework to identify legal and regulatory developments that may impact the firm’s operations.
Coordinate change management processes to address relevant legal and regulatory developments.
Establish and maintain robust processes and procedure documentation for identifying, tracking, and assessing legal and regulatory requirements applicable to the Bank’s operations.
Monitor and track changes in legal and regulatory requirements, policies, and procedures resulting from new or amended laws, regulations, or changes in business activities.
Oversee processes to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of the Bank’s regulatory inventory of legal and regulatory obligations.
Supervise the completion of the annual risk assessment, ensuring timely execution.
Prepare clear, actionable reporting of results with well-defined recommendations.
Salary : $170,000 - $210,000
