* Manage and maintain employee information/data maintenance: personal data, compensation, benefits, I-9 document verification, files EEO and tax data
* Manage and process semi-monthly payroll
* Coordinate and assist in Branch's annual employee evaluations, employee promotion and bonus.
* Work with HR Generalist-Benefits with employee benefits, reconcile statements and conduct enrollment for new hires
* Maintain employee attendance records; monitor employees' compliance with NYS 2-week mandatory leave regulation; process year end unused vacation day pay-out
* Partner with employees and the Management to communicate Human Resource procedures, law standards and government regulations
* Perform HR customer service functions by answering employee requests and questions
* Maintain ADP WorkForceNow website
* Manage Branch's Internship Program
* Act as HR data analysis in report generating and data analysis
* Lead the reconciliation of department payroll expense breakdown for Accounting Dept
* HR Department project management responsibilities
* Act as risk managers with the responsibility for identifying, acting on and escalating risks and are held strictly accountable for the failure to discharge their risk management duties.
* Be responsible for demonstrating risk awareness by following all policies, procedures, and internal control in their daily routine.
* Conduct other ad hoc duties as required by the department
