Base pay range
200,000.00 / yr - $215,000.00 / yr
Role :
- Lead a small, agile team to define, develop, and test global payments business capabilities. This role demands deep expertise in payments systems, a strong product focus, and excellent stakeholder relationship management.
- Define the product vision and roadmap for global payments solutions.
- Develop and prioritize business cases and initiatives aligned with strategic objectives.
- Hands-On Testing & Capability Development
- Actively participate in testing and validating payments business capabilities.
- Ensure that enhancements comply with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with internal and external partners.
- Present and influence C-Suite executives.
- Communicate product changes, priorities, and performance metrics clearly and effectively.
- Lead a small, cross-functional team in an agile environment, mentoring team members and driving collaboration.
- Proven experience in product management / ownership focused on global payments.
- In-depth knowledge of Cross-Border payment systems.
- Strong knowledge of FedNow, FedWire, etc.
- Hands-on experience in testing payments business capabilities.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Certifications (PMP, Agile, CSPO) are a plus.
