As a Food & Beverage Assistant Outlet Manager, you will play a vital role in creating memorable experiences for our guests while inspiring and leading our team to achieve operational excellence. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, coordinate and implement the day-to-day operational activities of the food & beverage outlets.
- Supervise food & beverage staff to include assisting in recruitment & selection, orientation, training & development, scheduling, and other employee relations’ issues.
- Maintain food & beverage product and service quality standards by implementing policies and procedures, investigating deficiencies/complaints, and initiating corrective action.
- Ensure all food & beverage reporting is completed in a timely fashion to include banquet
reconciliation, banquet tickets, and PMS postings.

- 3 years of food & beverage experience
- 2 years as a server and bartender
