Summary
We are seeking a Support Specialist to join our team at Madison Management Services, LLC. This role is essential in providing technical support and ensuring the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure. The Support Specialist will play a key role in maintaining systems that support our mission of delivering exceptional service to our clients. We are looking for an experienced IT Support Specialist with skills in C# development, Angular 14-19, Angular Material, Bootstrap 4-5, SQL Server. WordPress and QuickBooks SDK is a bonus.
Responsibilities
- Provide support for existing applications written in C# using ASP.net Core Web API and ASP.net Framework Web API on MS Windows.
- Maintenance and development of desktop applications in C# and MS Framework.
- Provide bug-fixes and enhancements to existing applications.
- Work on new development in near term for new Angular-ASP.net application.
- Document processes, procedures, and troubleshooting steps for future reference.
- Assist in the deployment, configuration, and management of hardware and software.
- Provide on-site assistance when needed to help remote network administrator.
Requirements
- Experience in C# development on MS windows
- Experience in Angular development and maintenance on MS Windows.
- Experience in SQL Server development and maintenance.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
