Position Overview:
As a District Manager for our four (200 total units) affordable apartment communities, you will play a vital role in overseeing the day-to-day operations, resident relations, financial performance, and staff management. This position requires a proactive approach, exceptional leadership skills, and a customer-centric mindset.

Key Responsibilities:
Operations Management:
- Oversee all aspects of the property's operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient running of the community.
- Monitor property maintenance and ensure timely resolution of maintenance requests.
- Implement and enforce property policies and procedures to maintain a safe and comfortable living environment.
Financial Management:
- Develop and manage the property's budget, including rent collection, expenses, and forecasting financial performance.
- Optimize revenue through effective lease management, rent increases, and identifying revenue enhancement opportunities.
- Review financial statements and reports, identifying variances and implementing corrective actions.
Resident Relations:
- Provide excellent customer service to residents, addressing inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Conduct resident retention programs and initiatives to foster a sense of community and increase resident satisfaction.
- Coordinate and host community events and activities to enhance resident engagement and community cohesion.
