Duties

- Collaborate with nursing staff to ensure activities align with residents' health and wellness goals.
- Facilitate group activities such as games, arts and crafts, exercise classes, and educational workshops.
- Maintain accurate records of resident participation and feedback to continually improve programming.
- Provide support and guidance to staff members assisting with activities.
