They are currently seeking a Licensed Financial Specialist to join their branches in both Redmond and Bellevue, WA.
As a Licensed Financial Specialist, you will build a rewarding career by cultivating strong relationships with established clients. You will assist clients in navigating the retirement planning process, offering tailored solutions and strategies to meet their needs. Your role will focus on deepening existing relationships rather than sourcing new ones, and you'll work on complex financial plans, providing expert guidance and support. You will engage in financial planning discussions, using our client's tools to present the best solutions, and conduct efficient one-on-one appointments, leveraging technology for effective time management and follow-up.
While this role can have some hybrid options depending on the branch location, all candidates MUST live in the Bellevue or Redmond area to be considered.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Offer personalized financial advice to help clients achieve their retirement goals.
- Implement effective financial planning strategies and solutions.
- Collaborate with a team of professionals to provide comprehensive wealth management services.
- Grow relationships through proactive outreach. Understanding clients’ goals and objectives and referring them to a wealth management partner based on needs and financial complexity.
The Skills You Need:
- Passionate about retirement planning and helping clients achieve their financial goals.
- Prior experience with prospecting required.
- Knowledge of the financial planning process and wealth management.
- Comfortable in high volume environment.
- Excellent relationship-building skills.
- Able to navigate complex financial scenarios with ease.
Required Licensing and Experience:
- FINRA Series 7 & 63 licensed; Series 65 or 66 and appropriate state registrations preferred, or the ability to acquire quickly upon hire.
