What will you do?
- Maximize new business revenue generation for MSG Sports through year-round efforts to sell new season ticket membership products, groups, lounges, premium memberships and single event suites for all MSG events.
- Responsible for managing the entire sales cycle establishing qualified leads, initiating sales conversations, closing sales and continued service for upsell opportunities.
- Execute new business campaigns through multi-channel outreach, consultative sales meetings, presentations, and diligent follow through.
- Field, investigate and respond to customer inquiries and issues to maintain positive client relationships.
- Track sales process while capturing accurate data and completing sales transactions through proper use of database systems such as Salesforce and Archtics.
- Foster positive, cooperative internal relationships with departmental co-workers as well as key inter-departmental contacts.
- Any additional responsibilities assigned by management.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Proven track record of adaptability and ability to implement skill-based coaching
- Excellent communication/presentation skills with the ability to engage and build relationships
- Passionate and enthusiastic with excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to identify and engage various types of prospects including potential new personal and corporate clients
- Knowledge of Salesforce, Archtics Ticketing Database and Microsoft Office a plus
- Ability to adapt to changing assignments and multiple responsibilities
