We are seeking a technical Project Manager / Business Analysis professional to join our technology staff to oversee the smooth development of technology projects (both internal and customer facing) as well as the management of various projects.
Our team is smart and upbeat and we're seeking a similar profile to serve as the bridge between technology and business.
Responsibilities
- Define and manage projects through to fruition including both internal and customer facing projects.
- Translate business requirements into system solutions working with various business stakeholders.
- Drive and execute business requirements, testing, change management and end user acceptance for projects and enhancements.
- Analyze projects to identify risks and potential roadblocks, and develop mitigation strategies to meet the program goals and objectives.
- Influence decision making and problem solving across programs, projects, and teams
- Build stakeholder consensus and ensure everyone is on the same page, in agreement, and can visualize the solution being proposed
- Build and maintain relationships with Software Development, Client Service and Operations.
- Participate in system/technology work streams and outcomes in change initiatives.
- Update and create documentation for both technology and business users
- Produce successfully in an agile environment & bring forth ideas for innovation within the project
Requirements
- Excellent communication (verbal and written), interpersonal and negotiation skills as well as an upbeat, get it done, personality (this can't be overstated!)
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to recognize what is the critical path and what is not.
- Understanding of SCRUM Agile Methodology
- Ability to understand business problems and interpret business and technical requirements
- 2 years of project management, business analyst, problem-solving, business planning and analytical skills
- Strong ability to execute multiple projects from requirements gathering to finish and meeting project deadlines

Pay: $120,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
