POSITION
Therapy Aide, Outpatient, 40hrs/week
Responsibilities
- Responsible for assisting occupational/physical/speech therapists and therapist assistants to provide rehabilitative and technical care to the patient under the direction of licensed personnel.
- Responsible for safely escorting patients to and from therapy.
- Provide support to outpatient secretary and outpatient service specialists.
- Responsible for assisting with maintaining a clean and safe environment including monitoring equipment and supplies.
- Work will be performed in an ethical and legal manner following organizational policies, processes, protocols and procedures.
- Responsible for quality service delivery and internal/external customer relations for Madonna as a whole, including upholding the mission and values for the department and facility.

- Must have high school level knowledge with basic reading, writing, and communication skills.
- 1-2 yearsâ?? experience as a physical therapy aide preferred.
- CPR for Health Care Provider/CPR for Professional Rescuer required at time of hire or within 30 days from date of hire.
- Incumbent must be 18 years of age or older.
- May be required to drive a motor vehicle.
- If required to drive, must have current valid driverâ??s license, must submit a copy of current driverâ??s abstract reflecting a good driving record, and have the required mobility needed to drive.
