The Office Manager at CFTL is a key administrative leader responsible for overseeing contracts, insurance, and assisting with HR functions while supporting the business unit. This role is central to the smooth and efficient operation of the office, ensuring that all administrative activities align with company goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Leadership: Manage daily office operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in administrative tasks.
- Bookkeeping & Invoicing: Invoice assisting, helping our accounting team, and keep the books up to date.
- Human Resources: Assist with HR-related tasks, including employee onboarding and maintaining employee records.
- Executive Support: Provide direct support to the leaders of the organization, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and handling confidential information.
- Office Management: Coordinate office maintenance, supplies, and equipment to ensure a productive work environment.
- Communication: Serve as the main point of contact for internal and external communications related to administrative matters.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in office management or a similar administrative role.
