Manager, Data Warehousing (US)
As the Manager of Data Warehousing, you will oversee the design, development, and maintenance of our data warehouse infrastructure reporting to the Director of Data Warehousing and reporting.
Position Responsibilities:
Base salary is determined by several factors that include, but are not limited to, a successful candidate's qualifications, skills, education, experience, business needs, and market demands. The role may also be eligible for bonus, equity, and comprehensive benefits, which include flexible paid time off (PTO), medical, dental, vision, and life and disability insurance.

Position Responsibilities:
- Support the design and implementation of data warehouse architectures and ETL processes
- Oversee all daily processing as well as necessary enhancement to Fact/Dimensions, intermediary and reporting tables
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and define data requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives
- Establish best practices for data governance, quality assurance, and data management
- Monitor data warehouse performance and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and scalability
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and data privacy standards
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies in data warehousing and analytics
- Facilitate cross-departmental collaboration to promote data sharing and integration across various business units
- Provide technical expertise and guidance in the evaluation and selection of new data technologies and tools
- Document changes and enhancements to data models, maintaining up-to-date metadata and technical documentation
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred
- 5 years of experience in data warehousing, data management, or analytics, with a focus on the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry
- Strong proficiency in ETL tools and data integration processes (e.g., Informatica, Talend, Apache NiFi)
- Experience with database technologies (e.g., SQL, Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL) and data modeling (e.g., star/snowflake schema)
- Knowledge of cloud-based data warehousing solutions (e.g., Amazon Redshift, Google BigQuery, Snowflake, Databricks)
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker) and reporting methodologies
- Proficient in programming languages relevant to data manipulation (e.g., SQL, Python, R)
- Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark)
- Understanding of data governance frameworks, practices and tools, including metadata management and data lineage
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop a high-performing team
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
