IT Project Manager - Data Warehousing

Job Title: Project Manager (Healthcare, Data Warehouse & SQL)

Location: Philadelphia, Downtown (Hybrid 3 Days On-Site, 2 Days Remote)

Duration: Long-term Contract

Job Description:

• Identify process improvements and implement effective solutions.
• Take ownership of end-to-end project delivery.
• Act as the primary interface between specific business/functional areas and their IT partners.
• Represent the organization as the principal customer contact for projects, light enhancements, and other change initiatives.
• Identify and resolve operational issues with business areas.
• Develop detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports.
• Manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
• Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely and on-budget project delivery.

Required Skills and Knowledge:

• 10 years of experience in managing all aspects of project development and implementation.
• 10 years of experience in taking projects from concept to final implementation, working across all affected areas including end users and IT teams.
• Strong experience in defining project scope and objectives.
• Experience in healthcare project management and understanding of healthcare systems and regulations.
• Data warehouse experience, including understanding data modeling, ETL processes, and managing large-scale data projects.
• Strong SQL experience for managing, querying, and analyzing data in relational databases.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with staff at all levels.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and presentation skills.
