Job Description
Madril Insurance is looking for a Commercial Lines Account Executive to join our growing company. This position will produce, manage, and service existing clients and prospects. The Commercial Lines Account Executive will also assist clients in developing a properly designed and executed insurance and risk management plan.
We value insurance professionals with strong sales and customer service skills that have a passion for helping customers meet their insurance needs. The ideal candidate must have strong oral and written communication skills. Also, focus on building a relationship with clients.
Responsibilities
Order and issue binders, certificates, policies, endorsements, and other related items; verify their accuracy; forward them to the client.
Provide day to day client service by anticipating clients’ needs and responding to client questions and issues in a timely manner.
Assists clients with completing supplemental applications, audits, inspections, etc.
Manage the marketing and renewal process according to agency workflows.
Collects deposits or payments, or arranges direct bill options with carriers.
Communicates with clients and carriers by phone, fax, e-mail, mail and in-person visits.
Actively grow in industry knowledge.
Maintain an operating knowledge of specific carrier coverage and eligibility.
Additional tasks as requested or as needed in order to provide excellent customer and account services.

High school diploma.
Must hold a Florida 2-20 or 4-40 insurance license with 5 years experience
