POSITION SUMMARY
Responsible for managing projects under the direction of the Executive Director in collaboration with the Senior Leader team and other leaders. Develops and maintains project management documents for tracking initiation, progress and completion of projects. Communicates target deadlines and assists in removing barriers to timely project completion as directed.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in business administration or another applicable bachelor’s program. Two years’ project management experience. MS Office suite experience at the intermediate level.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Project Manager certification by PM Institute and 3 years project management experience using Smartsheet, Wrike, Monday, Gannt pro or other recognized PM software. Project Management experience with residential care operations and second site launch preferred.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Develops Project Management tracking documents for projects including but not limited to second site opening, new treatment programs for the community, proposed implementations, and special leadership initiatives.
Plans and facilitates meetings with leaders in the organization to explore and complete the details of a project plan and then update senior leaders with clear and concise progress notes.
Send reminders for project milestones and follow up on barriers and needed resources to accomplish project completion milestones on time within budget.
Research project deliverables and alternate methodologies to offer options for project milestones in discussions with senior leadership.
COMPETENCIES

- Demonstrates the ability to effectively communicate and negotiate next steps for project deliverables while maintaining congenial relationships with team members and vendors if applicable.
- Demonstrates the ability to assist leadership with alternative options for project milestones when staffing or other resources are limited.
