Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming customer calls and respond to inquiries in a professional, friendly manner.
- Schedule appointments and provide detailed information about our services.
- Resolve customer concerns efficiently and escalate issues when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our system.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure outstanding customer experiences.
Top Requirements:
- Customer Service Experience: Prior experience in an in-office call center or customer service role.
- Reliability and Flexibility: Strong attendance record and ability to work holidays or overtime as needed.
- Basic Computer Skills: Proficiency with data entry, scheduling software, and email communication.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Hourly Rate: $18–$20 per hour, based on experience.
- Additional Opportunities: Overtime available as needed.
Shift Details:
- Schedule: 4-day workweek (Friday–Monday)
- Hours: 9:00 AM–9:00 PM
