Position Overview :
The HR Business Partner (HRBP) is a strategic role designed to align business objectives for Trove employees and management across all business units. The HRBP serves as a consultant to management on human resource-related issues, acting as an employee champion and change agent. The HRBP formulates partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added service to management and employees that reflect the business objectives of the organization.
Key Responsibilities :
Strategic Partnership :
- Collaborate with the Head of HR and other members of senior leadership to develop and implement strategic HR initiatives to support business goals and enhance workforce performance.
- Creates strategies to build organizational capability, and drive implementation of initiatives resulting in broad behavioral shifts.
- Provide guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning, and succession planning.
- Acts as a thought leader on internal and external talent landscape and strategic HR initiatives to drive the business forward and influence decisions.
- Partner with Talent team to help identify core competencies and training needs across all business units.

Location :
This position will be based out of our downtown Boston office and will require the HRBP to be in the office four days a week for the first 120 days and then transition to 3 days in the office work from home 2 days after the initial 120-day onboarding period. This role will also require the HRBP to travel to either our Stamford, CT office or our New York City office 1 once a month.
