We are seeking an experienced Customer service/ Logistic Coordinator to oversee and coordinate complex projects and initiatives. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee day-to-day operations to ensure smooth and efficient processes.
- Develop, implement, and refine workflows, procedures, and best practices.
- Coordinate logistics, project timelines, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Lead and support teams, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Serve as the primary liaison with internal and external stakeholders, providing clear communication and updates.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
- Analyze risks and develop contingency plans to address potential challenges.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in operations management, project coordination, or a related field.

Schedule: Tuesday – Saturday, with Sunday and Monday’s off (4pm-Midnight, or 2pm-10pm EST. )
- It is slower during those times, but they could call on other clients overseas in Europe, Asia, etc. They service 115 countries worldwide.
