Responsibilities:
- Provide first-level IT support to employees, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues via phone, email, and in-person.
- Assist with Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office 365, VPN, and enterprise applications to ensure smooth workflow.
- Maintain and manage IT ticketing system, ensuring prompt issue resolution and documentation.
- Set up and configure new employee workstations, laptops, mobile devices, and peripheral equipment.
- Manage user account access in Active Directory and assist with password resets and permissions.
- Support remote employees with connectivity and software troubleshooting.
- Assist with IT security measures such as software patching, antivirus updates, and user access protocols.
- Work closely with IT team members on system upgrades, hardware deployments, and infrastructure improvements.
- Provide training and support to staff to improve IT literacy and minimize recurring issues.
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience in an IT Help Desk or technical support role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office 365, Active Directory, and remote desktop tools.
- Experience troubleshooting hardware (laptops, desktops, printers, mobile devices) and networking issues (VPN, Wi-Fi, DNS, DHCP).
- Familiarity with ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Zendesk) and IT documentation best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA A , Network , or Microsoft certifications) are a plus.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in healthcare IT environments or supporting staff in a medical or wellness-focused setting.
- Knowledge of electronic medical records (EMR) systems or healthcare compliance standards (HIPAA).
- Familiarity with MacOS, VoIP phone systems, and mobile device management (MDM) solutions.
