Position Summary: The Inside Sales Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding customer relationships, and supporting the day-to-day operations of the inside sales team. This role combines strategic sales execution with hands-on team leadership and cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in aviation parts sales and a track record of managing high-performing teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and proactively engage new prospects within assigned markets.
- Drive sales performance by promoting the company’s inventory and service offerings across global channels.
- Collaborate with the Sales Director and international sales teams to align efforts with operational, accounting, procurement, and asset management functions.
- Supervise and support the local inside sales team, including task delegation, onboarding new processes, addressing personnel issues, and managing performance metrics.
- Ensure accurate and timely handling of customer inquiries, orders, expedite requests, and marketplace activity.
- Take ownership of order management and customer interactions, resolving issues professionally and efficiently.
- Provide regular feedback to management regarding market trends, customer needs, and competitive insights.
- Identify opportunities to enhance cost efficiency while maintaining service excellence.
- Remain current on industry trends, technical updates, and competitor activity to inform strategy and execution.
- Stay flexible and responsive to changing business priorities and take on additional responsibilities as needed.
- Consistently meet or exceed performance benchmarks and delivery targets.

Salary : $70,000 - $87,000
