We’re looking for an experienced IT & Network Support Analyst. In this role, you'll play a key part in maintaining and enhancing the technology that drives our high-efficiency environment.
CONTRACT TO HIRE
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver Top-Level IT Support: Provide responsive onsite and remote technical assistance to approximately 200 users, ensuring a smooth end-user experience. Support includes PCs, handheld wireless devices, barcode scanners, scales, and printers.
- Resolve Tickets & Meet SLAs: Handle Level 1 and Level 2 support requests through JIRA, meeting service-level agreements to ensure timely issue resolution.
- Install & Maintain Equipment: Set up and maintain technology in both new and existing operational areas, including Zebra devices, pack stations, and printers.
- Support Tech Projects: Partner on both site-specific and enterprise-wide tech initiatives, including infrastructure builds and deployments.
- Manage User Accounts: Perform user and device management through Azure Active Directory and Office 365.
- Oversee Hardware Assets: Manage the full lifecycle of IT equipment, including purchasing, inventory, and deployment tracking.
Ideal Background:
- 4 years of hands-on IT support experience; inventory management experience is a plus
- Proficient in troubleshooting PCs, barcode scanners, handheld devices, and Zebra or laser printers
- Comfortable working in Windows and macOS environments; experienced with MDM tools like Intune or Jamf
- Foundational knowledge of networking (Meraki, Cisco) and cloud systems such as Azure AD and Office 365
- A , Network , or CCNA certifications—or equivalent experience—preferred
