Lot Attendant

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Lot Attendant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our dealership lot is organized and welcoming for customers. You will assist with vehicle management, provide exceptional guest services, helping sales agent and contribute to a positive atmosphere at our dealership. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers as they arrive and assist them with any inquiries.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the dealership lot.
• Drive vehicles to designated areas within the lot, ensuring proper handling of both manual and automatic transmissions.
• Assist in parking vehicles for customers, including valet parking services when necessary.
• Conduct regular checks on vehicle inventory to ensure all cars are accounted for and in good condition.
• Handle cash transactions accurately when assisting with customer payments or deposits.
• Provide support to delivery drivers as needed, ensuring timely and efficient service.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance overall guest experience.

Requirements

• Previous experience in guest services or hospitality is preferred.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; experience driving manual transmission vehicles is a plus.
• Familiarity with cash register operations and cash handling procedures.
• Strong communication skills; bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail in various weather conditions.
• A positive attitude and willingness to assist customers at all times.
• Previous experience in a dealership or automotive environment is advantageous but not required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $13.00 - $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 34 – 40 per week
